I worked at Carlton Oaks Golf Course with Ed for parts of around 3 years. We started a friendship and began golfing together. Myself and my friends (all aged 24) would specifically invite Ed to play with us because he was such a fun person to be around. He would always send me a text after our rounds thanking me for including him and how special he felt to be with the young guys — but we enjoyed it more than he did. He will be greatly missed.
